Jamie Iacoi

Jamie Iacoi has lived in Dorchester since 1995 and has been selling real estate there since 2009.Over the years, he has experienced the neighborhood from multiple perspectives, first as a renter, then as a multi-family owner and landlord, later as a condo owner, and now as one of the area’s most experienced real estate professionals. In 2014, Jamie co-founded Great Spaces Real Estate with his business partner, Nadine Fallon, building a successful independent brokerage rooted in Dorchester. In 2017, the company became an ERA franchise, and in 2021 it merged with ERA Key Real Services. What sets Jamie apart is the perspective he brings to the neighborhoods he serves.
